Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs, preferences, and goals for treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups for clients and their families to strengthen community support while addressing prevalent mental health concerns.

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively addressing emergencies and supporting clients in critical situations.

• Educate clients and their families about diagnostic criteria, treatment options, and available resources in the community to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
