Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients¿ mental health needs, identifying areas of concern and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, individualized therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' unique psychological needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals, monitor progress through regular follow-ups, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions due to location or accessibility issues, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for open discussions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, including client records and progress notes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay current with emerging practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population you will serve primarily includes adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your role as a licensed mental health counselor will be to provide empathetic support and effective interventions, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an advanced degree (MA) in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Hold an active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated ability to provide telehealth therapy services, preferably with experience working with adolescents and young adults.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing digital tools, such as the Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to streamline client management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Reliable home office setup, including a strong internet connection and a confidential space for client consultations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
