Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions as part of an 8-week evidence-based program tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor patient progress, provide regular follow-up communications, and articulate care coordination recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

• Document session notes and maintain accurate files in compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, ensuring confidentiality for all interactions.

• Collaborate within the multidisciplinary care team to assist clients in accessing needed resources, obtaining consent, and utilizing authorization forms effectively.

• Identify high-risk patient situations, ensuring to follow established company protocols for safety and care interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through scheduled meetings, including monthly team check-ins and Town Halls, to promote a culture of learning and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work primarily with diverse adult populations facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health disorders. You will employ methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique circumstances to assist them in developing actionable, sustainable skills.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A willingness to maintain a regular schedule that facilitates consistency in treatment for patients.

• Clinical experience implementing psychotherapy through evidence-based approaches, particularly CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance metrics. Additionally, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend benefits package that supports your well-being as you attend to our clients' needs.
