This position offers the convenience of working remotely from anywhere within the United States, allowing for a flexible schedule that accommodates both your lifestyle and the needs of your clients. Although the role is conducted virtually, you will be a crucial part of our outpatient team. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing remote therapy through an 8-week evidence-based program, ensuring clients receive structured care tailored to their individual situations.

• Monitoring participant progress through regular assessments and follow-ups, documenting session notes meticulously to maintain accurate records of therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, helping clients navigate access to necessary resources while managing consent and authorization processes.
\n
• Identifying and managing high-risk participants by adhering to established safety protocols, ensuring prompt and effective intervention in crisis situations.
\n
• Participating in scheduled supervision meetings, team discussions, and organizational webinars to share knowledge and best practices.
\n
• Upholding the highest standards of patient confidentiality, in accordance with HIPAA regulations, while ensuring compliance with ongoing training requirements.

Our clients come from diversified backgrounds and possess various mental health needs ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, to relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support to individuals who are committed to their personal growth and well-being. Our evidence-based approach will enable you to guide them in developing practical skills and nurturing lifelong mental health habits.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess one of the following licenses:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

Additionally, candidates should:

• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule for patient appointments.

• Possess clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy, specifically utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize and reward our employees’ contributions with a competitive compensation package, which includes:

• A yearly salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
