Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges. Utilize your clinical expertise to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute psychological crises by utilizing de-escalation techniques and offering immediate support.

• Maintain high standards of documentation, ensuring that all client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, are accurately recorded and kept secure in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists to provide integrated care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, treatment frameworks, and community resources available for additional support. Advocate for clients’ rights and needs non-judgmentally and professionally.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives, including workshops and seminars, to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your ability to establish rapport and build trust will be crucial in helping clients embrace the therapeutic process and achieve their goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
