Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by integrating evidence-based practices and utilizing solution-focused interventions to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies, ensuring the security of client information.

• Engage in collaboration with a dedicated treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be working with come from a variety of backgrounds and face a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
