This role offers flexibility to meet patient needs while maintaining a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups to foster community and address shared mental health concerns, creating a safe space for clients to connect.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and addressing immediate concerns.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders, treatment options, and resources available within the community to encourage active participation in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
