Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and utilize standardized screening tools to collect pertinent data on clients’ mental health status.

• Gather relevant information to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, including mental status evaluations, history of behavioral health issues, and assessments of functional impairments and strengths.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that target their specific mental health symptoms and life challenges.

• Implement trauma-informed and culturally competent therapeutic interventions, using a variety of modalities to best support client needs.

• Make informed referrals to community resources, coordinating care to remove barriers and enhance the client’s overall support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Embrace Counseling and Consultation Services, you will work with a varied client base, including adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• An active California state license in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC).

• Proficient in understanding and navigating the guidelines and procedures governing mental health practices in California.

• Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
