Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs and goals of clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique situations and challenges.

• Provide diverse counseling and therapy sessions, employing various modalities to effectively support clients (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy).

• Monitor and document clients' progress, utilizing tools and assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Engage in active outreach and follow-ups to enhance client retention and promote ongoing mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
