Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately determine each client’s mental health status and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the findings of assessments, incorporating strategies tailored to each client’s unique challenges and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress towards their identified treatment goals, ensuring adherence to established plans and adjusting as necessary.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare practitioners, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Educate clients’ families about mental health issues, promoting effective communication and engagement in the recovery process.

• Remain up-to-date with best practices and advancements in mental health counseling by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass various backgrounds and age groups, from children and adolescents to adults and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
