This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work supported by a collaborative outpatient office setting in Fontana, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage positively with internal programs and collaborate with clinical/support staff and external partners, including schools and community organizations, to optimize client care.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing requirements as outlined by agency protocols while maintaining compliance with program goals.
\n
• Maintain an active role in the LPS designation process and participate in after-hours on-call services as needed, adhering to program guidelines.
\n
• Contribute to staff meetings and training sessions, providing insights and feedback that enhance program development and staff competency.
\n
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance, contributing to a supportive work culture.
\n
• Model and communicate our organization's mission and core values in every interaction.

• Engage with clients in a culturally competent manner, fostering respectful and effective communication with diverse populations.

• Perform case management duties, including gathering client information, assessing needs, and coordinating access to appropriate community resources.

• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to plan and implement coordinated care for clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, recognized by relevant regulatory bodies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
