Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation of clients’ progress according to state regulations and accepted community standards.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse client needs.

• Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams during staff conferences to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs that address acute and chronic mental health conditions.

• Assist in supervising Post Masters Fellows and Associate Professionals in accordance with state licensure requirements, contributing to their professional development and growth.
\n
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding adherence to therapeutic regimens and medications, ensuring a supportive network for treatment acceptance and commitment.
\n
• Utilize community resources and collaborate with public and private agencies to enhance the treatment framework, facilitating appropriate referrals for clients and families.
\n
• Monitor and report any safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
\n
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide immediate support for any urgent client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to comply with all department standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient privacy and care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with NCQA regulations are highly desirable.

• Experience in providing supervision or mentorship to early-career professionals is a plus.

• Knowledge of psychotherapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is preferred.
