Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and interviews to determine patient needs, strengths, and challenges, resulting in tailored treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and routinely assess individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their therapeutic goals are met and adjusted as necessary.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on building rapport, therapeutic alliances, and addressing specific psychological issues faced by clients.

• Employ diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to navigate complex mental health concerns effectively.

• Document all clinical interactions thoroughly and timely, adhering to company policies for medical record-keeping, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
