Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to develop individualized aftercare plans that ensure a seamless transition post-discharge from the therapeutic program.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients’ families, external clinicians, and referral sources to foster a collaborative approach to care.

• Document therapeutic sessions and treatment plans thoroughly and promptly in accordance with company policies, ensuring all records reflect accurate progress and interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, both in individual and group settings, tailored to the unique needs of assigned clients.

• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments upon intake and utilize these assessments to guide treatment planning and goal-setting.

• Facilitate weekly goal-setting meetings to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, always prioritizing their best interests.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client demographic, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Science from an accredited institution, leading to licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Current and valid licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in clinical mental health services, demonstrating competence in therapy practices.
