Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to ascertain the needs of each client accurately.

  Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans, setting tailored goals that respect their unique backgrounds and cultural contexts.

  Deliver evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

  Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your skills to manage acute situations effectively while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

  Maintain diligent clinical documentation, ensuring all records like progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

  Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to effectively manage mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals who exhibit a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and the impacts of life transitions. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is essential.
