You'll engage with clients through secure video conferencing, telephone calls, and, when required, in-person consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical interviews and assessments to identify the needs of individuals, families, and groups, tailoring strategies that acknowledge their unique circumstances.

• Demonstrate proficiency in managing psychiatric emergencies and utilizing various therapeutic approaches to achieve effective diagnoses and treatment endorsements.

• Implement evidence-based practices grounded in adult psychology principles to establish and maintain adherence to patient rights and state regulations.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client mental health using trusted diagnostic frameworks, translating findings into actionable and personalized treatment plans.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, employing your analytical skills to recommend appropriate interventions or referrals while ensuring confidentiality is upheld.

• Evaluate clients for potential medication needs and collaborate with prescribing providers to monitor treatment efficacy.

• Facilitate the intake process, gathering comprehensive patient histories and implementing crisis interventions as necessary.

• Participate actively as a member of our multidisciplinary team to discuss cases, treatment methodologies, and ongoing client progress, contributing to collaborative case management.

• Individually and as part of a team, develop treatment plans targeting mental, emotional, and relational disorders, adjusting these plans as required based on evolving patient needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation for all cases, ensuring accurate progress tracking and readiness for diagnostic evaluations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates. Other benefits include:
