Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments with a keen focus on identifying the unique needs and specific challenges faced by various client demographics, particularly the older adult population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with older adults and their families, addressing a range of mental health disorders. Your understanding and sensitivity to the challenges faced by this demographic—such as age-related cognitive changes and social isolation—will be vital in helping them navigate their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is essential for this role.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy is preferred.

• Knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
