Work Environment\n

This remote work model allows our therapists to maintain a balance between their personal and professional lives, while still providing essential mental health services. Our therapists operate within a digitally integrated outpatient office that utilizes state-of-the-art telehealth technology, ensuring smooth communication and care delivery to our clients. A standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and craft tailored treatment plans that emphasize patient engagement and progress.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster understanding and communal support around mental health issues.

• Collaborate extensively with other mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide integrated care that addresses both psychological and emotional aspects of health.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during a mental health emergency to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records in compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapy approaches and efficacy.

• Stay informed about trends and advancements in mental health treatment to continually refine and improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of patients, encompassing a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. This role demands cultural competence and a deep understanding of the nuances of mental health challenges encountered in various communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Strong expertise in diagnosing mental health disorders and applying effective evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health evaluations and formulating comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Experience in delivering therapy to varied populations, including individuals, couples, and groups.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and foster a therapeutic alliance with patients.

• Commitment to ethical standards and professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency with relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
