Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist with Captured Mental Health Therapy, you will:

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet diverse client needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans guided by thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding their privacy while keeping all documentation up to date.

• Utilize our reliable therapist portal for timely clinical documentation, facilitating easy access to information while enhancing workflow efficiency.

• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients encountering behavioral challenges, providing them with effective strategies for improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Many clients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

Applicants must possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, combined with current licensure in California as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• An active state license in California as either a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC before starting the role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
