Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments of clients to establish their mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster emotional healing and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science.

• A clear record without any current suspensions or probation related to their professional license.

• Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic techniques and an understanding of the principles of mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
