Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring comprehensive care is provided.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster client engagement and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Calm Spring Counseling Group offers a competitive salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
