Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate client needs and create individual treatment plans.

• Deliver engaging and effective outpatient therapy via video and telephone sessions, catering to the varying needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, promoting a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Administer mental health assessments and interventions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, complemented by a valid, active licensing in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).

• At least three years of hands-on therapy experience, particularly in crisis counseling, and a comfort level with outpatient settings.

• Strong proficiency in using digital tools, including telehealth platforms and documentation software.
