Key Responsibilities\n

• Delivering individualized, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique circumstances and challenges of each client.
\n
• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Formulating and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with the needs and goals of clients, ensuring follow-up and adjustment as needed.
\n
• Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to contribute valuable insights and updates on clients’ progress, fostering a comprehensive treatment approach.
\n
• Providing supervision and guidance to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as part of Level II additional duties.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele facing substance abuse challenges along with co-occurring disorders, which may include anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your therapeutic expertise will play a critical role in addressing the complex interplay between these conditions, and your work will significantly impact clients’ recovery journeys and overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing therapeutic services, particularly in the area of mood and anxiety disorders, is ideal.

• Demonstrated expertise in using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to achieve positive client outcomes.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and medical professionals to optimize client care.

• A proven track record of successful treatment outcomes in a clinical setting.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package features comprehensive healthcare options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
