Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms to deliver quality mental health care.

• Support clients in expressing their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences to promote self-awareness and foster insights into their personal relationships.

• Act as a client advocate, collaborating with clients to establish and define their therapeutic goals and objectives.
\n
• Assess clients’ mental health needs by utilizing diagnostic tools and approaches, followed by creating and implementing tailored treatment plans based on best practices and your clinical expertise.

• Utilize a solution-focused methodology to empower clients in developing strategies to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

• Document therapy sessions thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain client confidentiality.

By providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences, therapists play a crucial role in helping them develop coping mechanisms and life skills essential for personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health counseling field.

• Possession of an active, independent license, such as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills, equipped to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain accurate electronic records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
