You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy, group therapy, and family counseling sessions to clients, addressing substance abuse and co-occurring issues.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches accordingly.

• Create detailed, individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and objectives, revisiting and adjusting these as necessary to enhance client outcomes.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team to contribute insights and recommendations, ensuring a cohesive and effective treatment plan for each client.

• If qualified, provide supervision and mentorship to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering their professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client base will consist of individuals dealing with substance use disorders along with concurrent mental health challenges. You will support clients from diverse backgrounds, presenting various unique backgrounds and experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding them through recovery plans and providing them with the skills needed to maintain long-term stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, specializing in mental health disorders.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of experience focusing specifically on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong foundational knowledge of psychopharmacology, allowing efficient collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare providers.

• A proven track record of effective treatment and positive client outcomes in managing mood and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
