Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for patients, identifying their unique needs and crafting personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address common mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, fostering community support among participants.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and care needs are addressed.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, guiding them towards appropriate community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation to adhere to legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
