Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique situation and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
