Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse and includes individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to balance a full caseload and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specializing in mental health therapy is required. Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) will be advantageous in delivering optimal client services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
