Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and initial evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, including history, symptoms, and treatment goals.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client requirements, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide individual therapy for adult clients utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and a compassionate therapeutic environment.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need, utilizing de-escalation strategies and supportive counseling.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer collaboration to enhance therapeutic techniques and knowledge of emerging best practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Ergo Counseling Center, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD professional.
