Although most work will be conducted online, you will have opportunities to collaborate with your colleagues through virtual meetings and consultations. Regular business hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which supports work-life balance and accessibility for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify each client’s therapeutic needs and establish personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs of clients facing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring clients’ information is handled with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality of client care during regular case consultations.

• Empower clients and their families through education about mental health disorders, treatment possibilities, and available resources for additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
