Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop a rapport to build trust.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
