Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, backgrounds, and issues.

• Utilize teletherapy for virtual sessions, ensuring all technology is functioning and accessible to clients, particularly those with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, including health records and treatment summaries.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
