Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to the specific needs of clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to effectively identify client stressors, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring that interventions are personalized and relevant.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and breathing techniques during individual sessions aimed at enhancing emotional regulation and self-awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSIW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
