Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to effectively address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring up-to-date documentation of treatment progress and client interactions.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing the quality of care and sharing best practices among colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge to facilitate recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
