Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to create effective and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Offer therapeutic interventions using evidence-based treatment methodologies, addressing concerns like trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with a team of diverse professionals, including psychologists and support staff, to deliver holistic and integrated care.

• Participate actively in continuing education opportunities, workshops, and team meetings aimed at enhancing clinical skills and service delivery.

• Contribute to the development of program strategies and service enhancements to ensure the organization continues to meet and exceed client requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active state license/certification such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health therapy to individuals dealing with emotional challenges.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 , complemented by a robust benefits package, including 401(k) participation, health, dental, and vision insurance.
