Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial wellness assessments to evaluate client concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) depending on the client's requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical moments, ensuring clients feel safe and heard, and guiding them through emotional distress.

• Remain engaged in continuous professional development by participating in regular training and workshops, thereby enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge of current best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to benefit clients holistically.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic records that reflect each client’s progress and comply with ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
