Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health needs and establish baseline goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license in California as a Mental Health Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two (2) years of relevant professional experience working with clients in a mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients swiftly and effectively.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is preferred to maintain organized client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic practices or previous experience in integrating teletherapy are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

In this position, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
