Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing empirically validated tools to develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to adult clients experiencing mental health disorders.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic and achievable treatment goals, regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Document client interactions accurately and promptly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies while contributing to collective problem-solving.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse adult population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
