Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, providing a safe space for clients to articulate their thoughts and feelings.

• Encouraging clients to explore their emotions and life experiences to foster self-awareness and relationship insights.

• Acting as a client advocate, assisting them in identifying actionable goals for their mental health journey.

• Evaluating clients' mental health through comprehensive assessments, and creating personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele of individuals who are prescreened, stable, and exhibiting low-acuity mental health needs. This allows you to concentrate on providing meaningful therapeutic interventions without the overwhelming pressures associated with high-risk cases. Your clients will benefit from the stability of our pre-screening process, ensuring they are thoughtful matches for your skills.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active and independent license (one of the following) issued by the state board; limited/provisional licenses are not accepted:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience\n

A solid foundation in understanding mental health assessment tools and treatment methodologies is preferred. We value candidates who have demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, a sympathetic approach, and an aptitude for using technology to enhance therapeutic effectiveness. Experience with telehealth services is beneficial but not required.

Our compensation package is competitive, offering an annual salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000, contingent upon your caseload and experience level. In addition to competitive pay, we provide:
