Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their psychosocial needs, strengths, and goals.

• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that promote personal growth, resilience, and healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals alongside clients, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on progress.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with varying needs or limitations regarding in-person visits.

• Accurately document client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policy.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops or pursuing certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, with the addition of a sign-on bonus of $3,000. We provide numerous benefits, including:
