Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual telehealth counseling sessions, providing one-on-one support tailored to each client’s specific situation and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in addressing sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Empower clients to set meaningful personal and professional goals, guiding them towards improved mental health and relationship fulfillment.

• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance therapy programs, sharing insights and suggesting improvements to our service delivery platform.

• Maintain detailed, accurate electronic records of counseling sessions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing everyday life challenges and those dealing with more significant emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state license/certification in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct therapeutic experience in a mental health counselor role, working with individuals experiencing emotional challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and connect with clients in a virtual environment.
