Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to client needs.

• Contribute to our multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists to enhance integrated care delivery.

• Provide constructive feedback on clinical programs to drive continuous improvement in client outcomes and program effectiveness.

• Document care accurately using electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for personal challenges, as well as family units looking to enhance their relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience providing mental health therapy.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

• Proficient use of technology, with familiarity in EHR systems being advantageous but not required.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly valued as it allows for a smoother adaptation to remote service delivery. Compensation and Benefits\n
