Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to establish an understanding of clients' mental health statuses and needs.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions based on individual treatment goals.

• Provide ongoing support through regular therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Your role will be critical in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness in your clients, guiding them on their journey towards recovery through empathetic engagement and skillful intervention.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
