Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility to meet the diverse needs of both our clients and your personal lifestyle. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, crafting tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions rooted in evidence-based practices, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups that foster a sense of community and shared experiences among participants.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven ability to conduct in-depth mental health assessments and implement appropriate treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
