Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, depending on your expertise, lead family, couple, or group therapy sessions to address mental health challenges.

• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations that inform treatment strategies and interventions.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care that addresses co-occurring disorders and various behavioral health issues.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
