Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to gauge clients' mood disorders, evaluating symptom severity, frequency, and duration, while employing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Engage directly with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, utilizing a strengths-based approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring a robust framework for clinical interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in treating mood disorders.
