This full-time position is remote, allowing for flexibility while supporting our clients through virtual counseling methods. Our organization utilizes advanced telehealth technologies to facilitate effective communication and counseling, ensuring that our therapists can reach clients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments to create an understanding of client needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client goals and circumstances.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and revising individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client feedback.
\n
• Actively participating in team meetings and case consultations with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and medical staff, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Providing supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (for Level II additional duties).

• Facilitating psychoeducation sessions for families or support groups to enhance understanding and recovery support mechanisms.

• Documenting client progress and treatment interventions in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state policies and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are individuals experiencing substance abuse and associated mental health challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders. As a member of our therapy team, you will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing culturally competent strategies that respect their unique experiences and promote effective communication. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current, valid license in good standing recognized by the Board of Behavioral Science: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on mental health issues related to substance abuse or co-occurring disorders.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience specifically working with mood disorders is preferred.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and collaborative practice with psychiatrists and medical professionals.
\n
• A proven track record of achieving successful clinical outcomes in your patient caseload, particularly in mood disorder cases.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time positions.
