This remote role allows for flexibility in work hours and eliminates commute-related stress, enabling you to provide high-quality care from the comfort of your own home. As part of our outpatient team, you will engage in video sessions, document outcomes in electronic medical records, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient progress, addressing needs, and discussing any concerns that may arise during treatment.

• Maintain accurate, timely records including clinical notes and progress reports in accordance with our comprehensive policies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to design individualized treatment plans, including both treatment and discharge plans, informed by psychosocial assessments.
\n
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to patients, effectively assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues through structured therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Assist clients in developing discharge plans that are tailored to their unique needs and coordinate care with various local providers to facilitate access to essential services.
\n
• Engage family members and support systems in the treatment process, ensuring alignment on care strategies and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and circumstances. You will work with individuals seeking help for a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex substance use disorders. Your role is critical in guiding and supporting clients through their recovery journey, fostering resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid California state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, with hands-on expertise in managing a diverse caseload.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with treatment modalities relevant to substance abuse and dual-diagnosis care.

• Proficiency in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
