Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health challenges to develop effective, personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other techniques that best suit the client’s needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress to ensure they remain on track toward achieving desired outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy for clients who may have transportation limitations or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to needed support and resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols to enhance service quality and accountability.

• Engage in continuous professional development through advanced training sessions or workshops, staying current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in areas such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
