Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from your home or any environment that promotes your productivity. You will utilize Telehealth systems to provide mental health services, enabling you to connect with families and children across various communities, primarily in San Jose, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the emotional and psychological needs of children and their families.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to monitor client outcomes, contributing evidence-based insights to enhance treatment strategies.

• Provide tailored support to families, fostering rapport to create a safe learning and healing environment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in conjunction with families, utilizing evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach.

• Empower families by providing them with information, skills, and resources that enhance their child's emotional and psychological development.

• Utilize a coaching model and promote natural environment teaching techniques in your interactions with families and children.

• Ensure compliance with all industry standards to uphold the health, safety, and privacy of our clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children in early intervention settings, where the goal is to provide timely, responsive mental health support and therapeutic interventions. Engaging with a diverse clientele, you will work closely with families to address a range of challenges and promote long-term well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with children in early intervention programs or similar settings.

• Proven ability to adapt to various learning styles for creating individualized treatment plans that meet client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
